ORDERS
How can I pay for my order?
Orders can be payed for with multiple payment methods. The payment methods we provide are: iDeal & PayPal.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
When an order is placed, it’s not possible for the customer to edit, cancel or modify the order. If you want to change anything about the order, please contact us as soon as possible at: info@paperroll.nl or via the contact form on our website.
Why haven't I received my order?
Shipping may take 10 to 40 business days, depending on your country, after you have received a confirmation email for shipment from info@paperroll.nl. If your order’s shipment duration extent the above mentioned business days amount, we will inform you via email about the duration.
The order I received is wrong/incomplete
If this happens, please send us a detailed message via info@paperroll.nl or via the contact form on our website and we will determine the state of the delivery. In the case of an incomplete order, we will send you the missing product(s) without extra shipping fees. In case of a wrong order, we will fund you the costs of shipping the wrong products back to us, and send you the correct products without extra shipping fees.

Will out-of-stock products be restocked?
Some products can be restocked, but most are made with a limited amount and will never be restocked. For information about our products and stock, contact us via the contact form on our website.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Can I return products bought on sale?
Products on sale can be returned via our return policy, unless otherwise specified.
When will I receive my refund?
A refund can take up to 14 business days to be processed, and will always be handled as soon as possible.
