Return Policy

PaperRoll will refund the purchase price of the products that are returned in its original condition and only if accompanied by the original invoice, the refund form, the original packaging and label intact and attached to the item.

The return must be sent within 14 days after the date of delivery. This package must include a printed and filled out return form. You can download it here: Download return form

Refunds will be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. The customer is responsible for the return costs and the arrival of the product.

Products that have been used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

PaperRoll reserves the right to refuse return of any product that does not meet the above return requirements at PaperRoll’s sole discretion.
