Shipping Information

When you order on our website, you will receive an email to confirm your purchase. If you have created an account before or during checkout, you can see your order history here. When your order has been send out, you will receive another email confirming the order.

After the above mentioned email, shipping may take 10 to 40 business days. The duration depends on the product, your location, our stock, the time of year and problems/delays that might occur during production and shipping. When your order’s delivery time might exceed the shipping duration mentioned above, we will contact you via email or phone to notify you of the delay. All orders are shipped with PostNL.
